Do more of what makes you happy. Sunday is just the right day to ward off your worries and take time out to engage in enjoyable activities. Doing different things gives your mind a break. Variety is the spice of life. Most people think of nourishment as just eating healthy and exercising. However, taking care of yourself means nourishing your body, heart and soul. Try to relax as often as you can and do something that brings you joy and makes you feel alive. It can be as simple as five minute break just to take a few deep breaths and listen to your favourite song. I love to take a bubble bath in the evening. A warm bath always relaxes me. It is my escape from the noise and hustle-bustle of life.
