Fitness Goal Check

November

November just started so it’s time to look back at the past month. I believe it’s important that you take an hour or two to self-assess where you are, where you need to be and where you’re going. I call this ‘my fitness goal check’. It lets you see how far you have come in your weight loss pursuit.
So here are some questions to help you evaluate your health and fitness goals.
How are your goals going?
Have you started working towards achieving them?
Are you encountering obstacles in your path?
What are the obstacles?
Are you discouraged or are you challenged?
Are you still striving towards your goals?
Have you made it to the mileposts along the road to your final destination?
What is preventing you if you aren’t?
Are you feeling good?
Are you feeling bad?
What are your goals for November?
List the underlying reasons that keep you from meeting your fitness goals.
By focusing on a few simple questions you can address the main hurdles in meeting your goals.
