I know that hearing words like: doing what you love, follow your heart, find your passion, etc. can be quite irritating, but the simple truth is – no real success is possible without loving what you do. If you find a workout you enjoy doing, you will get results. Remember, you will not go to the gym if you’re doing something that doesn’t interest you. By doing the exercise you hate, excuses (not success) will follow. Of course there will always be a little suffering and grumbling through certain classes; however, you really shouldn’t be doing an exercise you do not enjoy.
Don’t get caught up in fitness trends. Strala Yoga co-founder Michael Taylor explains that if you want to feel good, move in a way that makes you happy. Start there and the rest of your life will follow.
