Hello, dear Reader! Let’s have NO excuses day. Do whatever you can to keep moving and remember that the size of your effort is all that matters. No matter where you’re at the moment with your fitness level or physical strength just focus on what you can do with your workout today. Whether you are new to exercise or have a couple dozen workouts under your belt or you just have a bad day, it doesn’t matter because I know you’re able to do something. Therefore, your challenge today is to focus solely on what you can do, and nothing else.
