Evaluate Your Weight-Loss Progress

It’s Friday and also the beginning of a new month. That being said, today is a good day to evaluate your weight loss progress. Taking the time to measure your progress, will go a long way in your transformation journey. But don’t rely solely on the scale because it’s not about the number on the scale; it’s about your waist size and changing your body composition.
So when measuring your progress look at your before and after pictures, use the mirror (are you starting to see some muscle definition?) and check how your clothes fit. How about your confidence level? Do you feel more confident about yourself? Self-confidence is a great leap forward in progress. Focus on your health and how you feel, whether losing or maintaining weight. Focus on fat loss, not weight loss.
And don’t forget to celebrate your success and to look toward the fit future! 🙂
