Do what other people say you can’t do!

before

Jennifer Nicole Lee is an Author, Fitness Expert, Lifestyle Consultant and Fitness Model, but  most importantly a devoted wife and a mother. She is known for losing 70 pounds and launching a career as a fitness guru after she gave birth to two children. Lee says she has “no athletic background whatsoever,” and has struggled with her weight her entire life. When she got married she weighed 170 pounds and after the birth of her second child she reached 200 pounds. In 2005  Jennifer was crowned Miss Bikini America and proved that mothers can still be sexy, fun and fit.

When you set your mind on something you will achieve the results you wanted. Remember that obstacles will always be there to test your will power and persistence.  The question is what are you going to do when you  run into them. Will you just give up or push forward? When I started to workout three years ago  I found out that  my biggest drive was being able to prove myself that I “CAN” and “WILL” do it! And today I can honestly say  “I made it!”

Be persistent and resilient, when you are tired and you feel you cannot go another step, reach deep inside and press on.
