MONDAY MOTIVATION: I would like to post a challenge to you all. Amy Cotta says “do something physically challenging that you “think” you can’t do; try it… crush it… and then post it here. For example run a mile, do a 5k, complete 10 push-ups, walk 30 minutes on the step-mill. No challenge is too small or too large. This is all about crushing the once thought of “impossible” — it’s about achieving a physical goal and inspiring others to do the same.” So what’s your challenge?
