Take Back Control of Your Life

It’s never too late to change! Make a decision to be in control of your life. Take responsibility for your health and weight. Remember, the way you live your life is a choice. Taking responsibility for your own choices may be the most important step you take to lose weight. So if you don’t like something take a close look at how you live every day and think about one or two healthy choices you could make to gain back control without completely turning your life upside down. Make small changes that lead to bigger changes. I know that any kind of change isn’t easy. Changing the way you live means changing how you think. It means you need to be willing to replace unhealthy foods with healthier choices–every single day. It means you have to be willing to exercise on a daily basis–not just here and there and when you feel like it.
If you want to gain back the control of your life, you will have to change your lifestyle. “But that doesn’t mean changing everything overnight, it simply means being open to new ways of doing things.”
