Every step toward the goal requires some kind of sacrifice, struggle and effort. So every time you don’t hit the snooze button, every time you overcome “I don’t feel like it” voice or ignore the “I don’t have time” excuse you MAKE PROGRESS.
Speaking from experience, I know it takes a strong will to convince yourself to wake up early in the morning and hit the gym, but remember that each time you manage to push past the resistance to stay in bed, you WIN.
