Bike Yourself Fit

I’m not really a big fan of bike riding however, cycling  is  a great way to lose weight. It literally eats up calories. Leisure cycling burns approximately 300 calories per hour. Not to mention, you’ll bike yourself a killer legs.

With every turn of the wheel, calories are burnt, strength is built and wellness is achieved.
