There is so much you can achieve in just six weeks. Take one small step, do something. Remember that a journey of thousand miles really begins with a single step. So, take one little step, no matter how small: Take 30 minute power walk, sign up for the gym class, try new vegetable and fruit, pack a healthy snack for work, order “small” size, drink water instead of sugary drinks, buy whole grain bread, pasta, rice or cereals. Small lifestyle changes are easier to achieve and maintain. They are more likely to become habits. Remember, small changes, big results!
