How do I get abs? How do I get a flat belly?

How do I get abs? How do I get a flat belly?

I’m sharing Natalie’s article because this is exactly what I don’t do either! Losing weight gradually and the healthy way is the recipe for success. People who lose weight quickly by following a fad diet usually gain back all (and sometimes more) of the pounds they lost. If you want to lose weight and keep it off you have to change your daily habits.
I do nothing extreme. Everything is about healthy lifestlye, clean eating and being active. I still eat pasta but I use whole-grain spaghetti, chicken or turkey lean meat and coconut oil. When it comes to lasting weight loss, you’re better off making small, consistent changes you can stick with forever.

“Here is what I DON’T do :I don’t just eat just “chicken and broccoli” I don’t do crunches ever. I never do slow cardio on stationary equipment and especially not on an “empty stomach”. I don’t do “no carb”, I don’t deplete water. I don’t “starve myself” I don’t spend hours at the gym (In fact I don’t spend every day at the gym! ), I don’t measure calories and I don’t eat every 2 hours around the clock.”
