Weight Loss Advice

When you hit a plateau, don’t revert back to your old eating habits.  Shake things up, reassess your habits,  improve your diet and increase your  workout. Additional exercise will cause you to burn more calories. Change everything you do.
If you hit a weight-loss plateau don’t get too discouraged. It’s normal for weight loss to slow and even stall.
