Hello, beautiful people! Remember that losing weight it`s not about a scale, it`s about how you feel and how your favorite jeans fit. So try not to get discouraged even though it’s hard not to sometmes. Be patient and trust the process. Changes are happening although they might not be visible to naked eye just now. Just stick with clean eating and working out!
