Stay The Course

At some point you’ll feel like giving up, these moments happen to everyone. However, it is important to remember that every time you feel like quitting but you stay committed to your goals you’ll feel a great sense of pride and confidence when you get through it. Staying the course improves your health, builds your confidence, and makes you stronger. So the next time you want to give up think about how you feel when you see the scale going down. Think about what goes in your mind when you notice that your clothes fit more loosely and that you’re losing inches.
All of us have our ups and downs. That’s a part of weight loss journey. But it is how you react to the lows that will define your success. Have in mind that your life is like a butterfly…you go through many changes before you reveal your best self!
