Plato is right: “A fit body doesn’t by its own virtue make the soul good, but instead a good soul by its own virtue makes the body as good as possible.”  I was feeling rich not from living better in terms of material comfort but from contemplating on living well in terms of having a rich mind and a strong and healthy body, says Randy Herring.
