Sometimes you need a shift in perspective. So many times in life, we do things because we think we should or because we feel badly or have regrets. We workout a little harder and a little longer because we feel guilty for eating crap or for skipping the day before. Make a shift today. Stop doing things for negative reasons. Give yourself positive reasons for getting in the gym! Workout because you respect your body and want to keep it strong and healthy. Go for a run because you love having the endurance to keep up with your children.
