Hello, dear Reader! It’s Wednesday! We’re half-way through the week. How is your weight loss going? Let’s not focus on what didn’t go right so far. Let’s instead focus on all the good things and positive results you’re getting. Beating yourself up for having a cookie despite sticking to a healthy eating plan is an example of focusing on the negative. Instead, pat yourself on the back for eating clean and exercising every day.
Practice positive thinking. It will increase your chances of weight loss success. Be proud of yourself that you have made the commitment to positive change to improve your health. So focus more on the good things you’ve done for your health and less on your slip-ups.
