Take a Moment For Yourself

Sundays are a day where I do a lot of thinking. I like to take time to reflect on the past week and prepare for a new one. I think it’s important for us to do, so take a moment today for yourself. Go for a walk or run or ride your bike and do it without headphones. Take the time to evaluate where you are, where you want to be, and make a plan as to how you will get there! Being strong on the outside begins with our desires and the decisions that we make! ~ Marsha Tieken Christensen
