Don’t give up on yourself just because you can’t do 30 push-ups, lift as much as you would like or run as long as you would like. Remember that every squat, every push-up, every jumping jack, and every mile counts. Do YOUR best, work hard and you will improve over time! Challenge yourself each day just a little bit more. It all adds up to big changes.
