Friday Fitness Tip

The weekend is a great time to workout and relieve the stress you accumulated during the week.  Teri Weiher says that the weekend is also the easiest time to sabotage all of the hard work you did throughout the week. So use today to prepare for the weekend by taking some extra time to stretch. Gentle breathing and some relaxing stretches will make a difference as you move into the weekend. Choose exercises that are fun and that you enjoy doing it.  This will help you stay motivated and away from bad eating habits. Happy Friday! 🙂
