Where is your focus?

Many times, we place our focus in the wrong place. We focus on how much we weigh rather than how strong we are becoming. We focus on the number inside our jeans rather than the number on the barbell. We place all our focus on the outside and what OTHER people think, rather than how we feel and who we are becoming! Instead of focusing on the weight on the scale going down, focus on the weight on the barbell going up! ~ Marsha Tieken Christensen
