Good morning, dear Reader! Remember, your mindset is one of the most important tools when you are seeking to reach your desired weight. The #1 way to lose weight is believing in yourself and having  the positive attitude. Yes, you will stumble and struggle along the way, but this is a part of losing weight. We all stumble. We all fall. However, those stumbles do not have to spell the end of our efforts. Quite the contrary, they can trip you up and you can learn from them.
