Okay now, is a good time as any to turn your dream into plan and plan into action. Commit to your exercise time and don’t look for excuses for skipping out of workout. There’s no excuse to miss out your session. Once you get started, stay committed. Your future will be grateful…and remember to envision a lean well-defined body that will serve you well for the rest of your life.

If you train really hard and on a regular basis, but still not getting the fitness results you expected it’s almost always your DIET! Make sure you eat(out) right and have your clean foods available when you need them. However, sometimes even eating healthy can get you fat if you are eating more calories than you burn. Be careful with your food portions!
Eat CLEANER, hydrate MORE, Squat LOWER, jump HIGHER, climb OVER it, throw FURTHER, lift HEAVIER, sweat MORE, run STRONGER, go LONGER, sleep EARLIER! Do it AGAIN! – Natalie Jill

I came across this quote two days ago, and it really resonated with me and made me smile. I’m a woman and I like to chat! What can I say? My opinion is that fun should be part of fitness. Enjoying workout is the key to keeping exercise a part of your life. However, don’t overdo it. 🙂 I agree with Jason Statham. It’s not quantity, it’s quality! It does not matter how long you exercise but how vigorous you workout is. How do you know you did a good workout? From my experience I can say your body will tell you. You might feel a bit weak and sore the next day or two. I always feel good all around.

Always be willing to challenge yourself. Whether it’s trying a new sport or adding more weight to the bar, never stop trying to do more. Many times we count ourselves out or give up before we even get the chance to see what we could’ve done, so challenge yourself and see what you can do! ~Marsha Tieken Christensen
Start today seeing how you can remove negativity from your life and replace it with positivity. Start changing the way you think and where you spend your time. Become a positive person and spend the majority of your time around positive people.
